Charcuterie Cups

Ingredients:

  • Breadsticks
  • Crackers
  • Seedless grapes (green & purple)
  • Salami
  • Olives
  • Balderson aged cheddar cheese
  • Imported truffle gouda cheese
  • Woolwich goat pops
  • Imported double cream cheese
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place a breadstick and cracker in each glass.
  2. Add 4 to 5 grapes to each glass to fill the bottom.
  3. Fold the salami and thread one olive onto each skewer, followed by the slices of salami. Add a skewer to each cup, poking the end into a grape to hold it in place.
  4. Cut the hard cheeses into slices, triangles, or cubes. Add the hard cheeses to the cups. Add the soft cheeses.
  5. Tuck rosemary into the glasses for garnish.
