Grilled Vegetable Salad

1 red pepper, cut into quarters
1 orange pepper, cut into quarters
1 green pepper, cut into quarters
1 Vidalia onion or red onion, cut into 6 slices
8 mushrooms, halved
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp grainy mustart
1 tsp liquid honey
1 small garlic clove, minced
Preheat the barbecue or broiler to medium-light heat.
In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tsp of olive oil.
Place the vegetables on a baking sheet to broil directly on the
barbecue. Grill or broil until slightly blackened.
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss in the vegetables.
Serve at room temperature.
