Strawberry Protein Smoothie


  1. 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  2. 1 cup orange juice
  3. ½ cup of silken or soft tofu
  4. ½  cup of plain yogurt
  5. banana


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. For an icier drink, add 3 to 4 ice cubes.
