HOW IT WORKS
Use this link to place your order through our Shopping webpage.
Type in or upload your shopping list and contact information. Once you submit the order you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
We will contact you by phone within 24 hours of you placing your order to give you an estimate of its completion and get payment details.
Our goal is to have your order to you within 48 hours, if placed by 9am, however during times of peak demand it can take longer and we appreciate your patience.
We will shop and box your groceries and deliver them right to your door from Britannia to Paradise Valley.
For drop off: We will call you to let you know we’ve delivered the groceries in order to avoid contact
We shop and box your groceries and call you when they are almost ready
You will call 604-298-1522 from the designated parking spot in our lot and pop your trunk open upon arrival.
Our staff will place the groceries in your trunk and close it without you having to exit the vehicle.

There will be no guaranteed delivery times, orders are completed on a “first come first served” basis and completed in order received.We can not accommodate add ons.
We are currently not accepting any returns to the store, please reach out to us by email if there is an issue regarding something you received.
DO YOU NEED PHARMACY PRESCRIPTIONS?
To include pharmacy items with your order. Please order your prescriptions from our pharmacy directly (Ph:604-298-1566) and check the "pick up my prescription" box on our grocery order page when you order your groceries.

$5 local SFU residents and students on campus.
$9 any order off Burnaby Mountain Free for seniors
$25 minimum order
